I like this Oh, I just found that the `no media' message doesn't happen with the patch I've sent a few minutes ago. Now they are not shown as /cygdrive/a: no medium but as dr-xr-xr-x 6 root root 0 Jan 1 1970 a The drives are still accessed, though but that's probably only a problem for floppies.
