This is good stuff. Btw, I would suggest that you put a copyright in any file that anyone writes like this. IMO, the copyright should be to both you and Red Hat. Basically, I don't want to see these words showing up in a book where someone gets credit for our words. I've just added copyrights to the three how-*-works.txt that I've written so far. cgf
