Before cd D:
~ $ echo > /binary/foo
~ $ od -t x1 /binary/foo
0000000 0a
0000001
~ $ cd D:
/cygdrive/d $ echo > /binary/foo
/cygdrive/d $ od -t x1 /binary/foo
0000000 0d 0a
0000002

I think this is caused by the result of mount_info::binary_win32_path_p
because D: is the prefix of D:\binary\foo.
