I have just taken the step of closing the cygwin32-developers mailing
list to postings from non-subscribers.

I hate doing this.  I actually looked for some kind of minimum IQ cutoff
parameter but apparently that won't be available until the next version
of majordomo.  So, I'm stuck with this alternative.

If this causes anyone any problems, let me know, and I'll be happy to
add alternate email addresses to the list.

Please, everyone, do me a favor and avoid responding to this off-topic
message.
