I tried to get all of the patches that were in your 1.1 release to
make the tools better and to minimize confusion.  The pragma patches
are definitely there; I just double-checked.

I do need to go add those ChangeLog entries though...  Never mind, I
won't procrastinate further.  Just went and added them.

Also, I just updated bfd, ld, and binutils to reflect changes made
since the end of July.  This will give people some more useful patches
from Ian and others that are relevant to the x86/Cygwin32...
