Hi again,

A new winsup snapshot is available from the usual location.  Note that
the ntea disabling is marked temporary in the ChangeLog entry.  This
needs to be disabled until we figure out how to address the size of
NTEA files problem.

In random news:

1) I don't know if any of you noticed this, but Netscape's build
instructions for Win32 Navigator start by suggesting a download of
GNU-Win32!  (The tools are only used for a couple of basic file
utilities though as far as I can tell).

2) Our main GNU-Win32 ftp server has now had over 12000 downloads of
b19!

3) I have written a paper on Cygwin32 that has been accepted for
publication/presentation at the upcoming Usenix NT conference
(Seattle, WA in August).  We are actively looking at ways to increase
publicity for the project and this is an example of something that
should help some.

Changes since the last snapshot follow.  If you've submitted a change
and it's not here, I haven't had a chance to look into it yet but I
will soon...
