The Simtel mirror sites are in a state of 'reorganisation'... On
oakland.oak.edu, djgpp (both v1 and v2), can now be found in:

  /pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp

The dir-tree tho, as remained the same as before (v2gnu etc...).
