The Cygnus port is GPLed. You cannot create commercial exe's and sell
them without distributing the source or a linkable form af your
program. Also it doesn't run under DOS and has no compatibility with
Win32s (becoming less necessary nowdays however). Of coarse then there
is the fact that it is not DJGPP :-)
