 Did you try ftp://x2ftp.oulu.fi ? That's where I got my copy. I don't
remember the directory exactly (something like pub/programming/djgppv2/)

 Your best bet would probably be DJ Deloire (sorry if I spelled it wrong)
software webpage. Do a web search for DJGPP and look for something like
DJ Deloire Software. I think the web page is www.deloire.com (if I've
spelled it wrong than it won't work, but I think that's it).
