Try downloading a version of TeX for DOS. There's lots of TeX stuff on
ftp.tex.ac.uk (I think) in somewhere like /pub/TeX - this may not be
right, can anyone correct it?

Anyway, there should be a conversion program there which will convert an
Info-TeX file to an RTF file. There are utilities to convert TEX files to
HTML, if that would be better.

You might have better luck asking in a newsgroup about TeX.
