My questions are from direct_exec_tail() -
1) Is argv[0] passed together with other args ?
2) Is argv[0] equal to exe's file name passed to DOS fn 0x4B? Where in
the memory lives argv[0] and .exe name ?
3) If LFN is converted to SFN, which version (short or long) goes to argv[0]?
