Be sure to check it in the latest CVS source (approximately 2.89 by now) the
2.78.2.3 version is a throwaway to allow us to test the real latest and
greatest with live setup.ini files.  Any fixes to 2.78.2.3 may get lost when
the very newest setup.exe is released.
